As a reminder, the contact information for the Sweetbriar Homeowners Association and board members are:
The Communications Committee is looking for a volunteer within our community who is a skilled typist. One of our goals for 2018 is to provide the by-laws and declarations in a word-searchable format for ease of reference. Currently, these documents are stored in a PDF file format from scanned documents. They need to be transcribed into Microsoft Word so we can format them and load them onto our website for the community.
If you are interested in helping with this initiative, please contact the Communications Committee.
Another meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 16th at 7:00pm at the Richland Township Municipal Building located at 1328 California Rd. Residents are encouraged to attend if they would like more information on the proposed development.

As we are an adjoining neighborhood to this property, they have notified us of the proposal submission and of the upcoming planning meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 19th, 7:00pm at the Richland Township Municipal Building located at 1328 California Road.
Join us on October 14th at 3pm for our annual Sweetbriar Neighborhood Block Party (rain date 10/21). This year the block party will be held at the Phase 3 tot-lot. In case you weren’t aware, Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority offers a program named “$afeGuard” which is designed to help customers offset the cost of repairing the water service line and the sewer lateral line that run from the outside of their homes to the main. The Sweetbriar community will be having a neighborhood wide yard sale on July 15th, 2017 from 8:00AM – 2:00PM. If you would like to donate money towards the advertising costs, please click here. Volunteers can also help by creating clearly written signs and placing them at nearby intersections a few days before the sale. Thank you to Jeremy Ralston for organizing this event.
