Sweetbriar Homeowners Association collects annual dues once a year, typically in the fall. We aim to include 45-60 days of notice for payment. Payments received after the due date are subject to a late fee penalty.
How Dues Are Collected
In the past, we collected dues through door-to-door invoicing and paper checks. We now encourage residents to create an account on this website. With an account, we can send your invoice electronically and you can pay online. This makes collection easier, more streamlined, and less expensive for the Association.
Invoices are sent from Sweetbriar Homeowners Association <quickbooks@notification.intuit.com>. If you are having trouble receiving the bill, we recommend checking your junk/spam folder or reviewing any rules that may be configured for your email account. If you are still unable to receive your invoice, contact us and we can send you either a text message to pay via your mobile device, or a custom link to make payment for your specific address.

You don’t need an account to pay your dues. We still accept paper checks. Please make checks payable to:
